This location was great! The service was excellent, and our waitress, Jenna, was on top of everything. She took our orders quickly, and the food came out just as fast. She was attentive throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was very clean. The noise level was also much better than at other locations we’ve been to, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious too! We had a great experience and would definitely come back.

Absolutely terrible service and the meat quality is poor for the price per person. Got the first round of orders and when asked for a second order we received nothing and our server avoided us. After 15 minutes we just called it quits. This place is truly lucky to be able to continue business in the area. Dine somewhere else that will value your patronage and care about service.

Amazing Korean BBQ and hot pot place I've been to. Lots of options like a salad bar, boba, and other alcoholic beverages. Great price for a Korean BBQ as well. Highly recommend this spot

First off, grill was dirty to begin with. The manager has a HUGE attitude. The fake blonde manager from “New York” told us we overcooked our food, which is crazy because the grill was on low and electric, so it’s hard to even cook the meat in the first place. Hard to even understand why she had an attitude like she was cooking back there herself. We approached with a good attitude especially since our service was okay, the food was just unseasoned and terrible. We offered to pay for some but not all of the nasty food. Both managers were unhelpful. Don’t go here if you have tastebuds they might be assaulted by the underwhelming flavors and textures. We would’ve happily paid $32 each for amazing kbbq but just having to pay a whopping $85 combined for this food feels like a waste. No solutions to any of our problems never experienced customer service like this before and you would think they want you to go here again. Also more salt in the wound is them charging $6 for a lemonade. They’re just grossly overpriced for how subpar the food is. Genuinely.

We haven’t been to this hot pot so we decided to give it a try. The entrance is clean and well decorated. They offer cucumber water and have seating to wait. The tables are big and intimate. I love that each seat has its own burner. The portions are just perfect so you do not waste. Everything was brought out quickly once our order was taken. Our waitress was working with a very large group so her availability was limited until they left. We were patient but that table should have had more than one server. I also wish we would not have been seated right beside the kitchen. This took away from the atmosphere a bit. The table was promptly cleared when we had empty dishes. The mixed drink was yummy. The salad bar was a bit of a disappointment. The sauce selection is large but other than that, basic lettuce and some crab salad I believe it was. It was also a bit messy. We definitely left there full and since it is AYCE, you get your moneys worth. Bathrooms were clean and staff was polite. We would go back for sure.
